Refunds & Returns Policy
We at Golf Ball Planet (division of Replay Golf Supplies) want all of our customers to be 100% completely satisfied with their purchase. We are committed to having happy customers and to exceeding expectations. We want to be known for great prices and great products. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return it within 21 days for a 100% refund.
Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Golf Ball Planet (division of Replay Golf Supplies) reserves the right to access a restocking charge on all items. Special Orders items and Custom Orders are not returnable.
If you should need to return an item contact Golf Ball Planet (division of Replay Golf Supplies) by phone or E-Mail and request a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in their original unused condition.
