The balls were definitely free of scuff marks and had a good shine but many had pen marks.

Titleist Tour Speed seem to work best for my game. The urethane cover really helps with wedges and putter.

I ordered a dozen V1x, a dozen left dash, and 2 dozen Tour Speed. All were supposed to be Mint Conditioned. The V1x balls are all in great shape, but several of the Left Dash, and Tour Speed balls came damaged - not ink markings, but actual gouges in the surface of the balls. There were 4-5 balls that I deemed not worthy of playing in a round. They are only good for practice.

They are my everyday ball and those provided by GBP are graded in a way that they barely differ from the boxed product I use in competition.
